How to order:
Complete your order in two steps! Below you will find information on how to place an order.
Step 1: Please choose your product from our print shop. You will then be shown the corresponding product description/price list. Click on the button “Add” to place your order in the cart. Once the product is in the cart you can continue with your order. You will now be asked to register. In order to get to the registration form, enter your e-mail address and select the option “New Customer”. Now enter your personal details. You can also choose a password to speed up future orders. We require you to complete this step once so that we have your delivery details on file. For future orders, you simply need to login to your account with your email address.
You will now be shown the details you have entered as well as the product(s) ordered. Please also check the delivery address. Select either the option to pay by cheque (also includes bank transfer), or by clicking on PayPal in order to pay using your credit card. By clicking on the button “Submit” the order procedure is completed and you can print out your order. An e-mail will be sent within 15 mins, to the e-mail address supplied by you, containing confirmation of your order and the order reference number.
Step 2: Email your file/artwork across to us
If you have any problems or questions regarding your order, simply send us an email with the Order Number as ‘Subject’ and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Furthermore, you can check on the progress of your order online. Just log in “Log in” and click on “Your order”.
